Trish Howell
Chief Operations Officer

Trish brings extensive operational leadership experience to miraDry, with a proven history of driving performance and organizational growth across private equity-backed and public companies. Prior to joining miraDry, she served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations for multiple organizations and held Independent Board Director roles at CVR Medical Corp and Knightscope (NASDAQ: KSCP). Trish holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan and is based in San Jose, California.

Larry Lewis
Vice President of North American Sales

Mr. Lewis joined miraDry in June 2024. Previously, he was Global VP of Sales for Thermi Aesthetics, where he restructured the US Sales Organization and managed the OUS distributor network.

At Viveve Inc., Mr. Lewis held multiple positions, including Regional Director, leading the U.S. in Viveve System placements and revenue in 2017-2018, and Senior Director of Customer Care in August 2019. He directed the Customer Service department and Marketing Support Specialists, supporting customer marketing and consumable sales. He became VP of U.S. Sales in December 2020 until early 2023.

Mr. Lewis also served as Regional Director for Merz North America, Aesthetic Device Division, handling $20M in annual sales and leading a team of 12. Prior roles include Clinical Sales Representative at Intuitive Surgical and Area Sales Manager at Lumenis, Inc., where he earned multiple awards.

He received his B.S. in Occupational Health from Indiana State University.

General Manager – Greater China/Japan/South East Asia

Over 15 years in medical and aesthetic industry, joined miraDry from 2018.

Sejin Joo
General Manager, PAC KR ISC ME AF

Sejin is a self motivated natural leader with over 23 years of international experience in general management including sales, marketing, regulatory, operation and help setup companies. He has worked with both large and small companies in medical aesthetics and healthcare, including recent senior leadership positions with Zeltiq, Solta Medical and Johnson & Johnson. Sejin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sogang University. He possess the ability to motivate others, goal oriented and encourage his team to constantly strive to meet them.

Kelly Holbin
Head of Sales, North America

Dynamic, creative and high impact People Leader with 15+ years of experience in strategic, financial and solution-oriented sales. Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit to ignite market share and drive results. Innovative thinker and analyzer with a true passion for problem solving, negotiation management and successful outcomes. She is committed to true partnerships and creating a culture that is diverse and forward thinking.

Jacklyn Van Hoef
Director of Sales, Latin America

Jacklyn joins miraDry with over ten years of experience in international sales. Her expertise is in the development of new and emerging markets specifically focused on Latin America. Her bilingual skills, outstanding work ethic, and undivided dedication to her doctors, distributors, and patients is what makes her so successful in this role. Her passion for this device and company, has already awarded her President Club as an Aesthetic Sales Leader for surpassing sales quotas and expectations.

Irene Mo
Vice President, Regulatory & Quality

A passionate leader who strives for the highest level of compliance and excellence, while establishing and fostering high-performing teams. She has over 15 years of experience in the Medical Device industry, with a proven track record of success in driving remediation activities, lifting Warning Letters, integrating Quality Systems for mergers and acquisitions, and maintaining compliance to our ever-changing regulatory environment. Irene’s primary focus is instituting and maintaining a world-class Quality System that ensures compliance and enables us to exceed our customer’s expectations.

Jason Simmons
Vice President of Sales

Jason Simmons returned home to the miraDry team in the Spring of 2023. As Vice President of Sales, Jason is responsible for all biotip and capital sales in the North American Market. Previously, Jason held leadership positions at Covidien, miraDry, and Sientra. From 2017-2020, Jason was the Sr. Sales Director for miraDry, and helped grow the business 3x over a three year period. A native of South Carolina, Jason has a B.S. in Business Administration from The Citadel, The Military College of SC.

Jill Wassil
Vice President, Marketing

An accomplished marketing leader with more than 15 years of commercialization experience in consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. She has proven success in launching new products and companies playing an instrumental role in their marketing and growth strategies. Jill’s primary focus is to build a patient-centric brand and establish long-term and sustainable adoption of our first commercial product, miraDry.

John Shortley
Chief Financial Officer

John is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of finance and accounting experience. He has worked with both large and small companies in medical aesthetics and medical devices, including recent senior leadership positions with Allergan, Skin Medica and Colorescience. John holds both a Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Business Administration from the University of San Diego and is a CPA.

Rob Catlin
Chief Executive Officer

With over two decades of experience in the medical aesthetics and dermatology industry, Mr. Catlin brings a proven track record of performance, strategic leadership, and value creation to miraDry. He has led dynamic sales and marketing teams in the medical aesthetics category including the energy based medical device field, fostering a culture of excellence within organizations including Allergan, Ulthera (acquired by Merz), Medicis (acquired by Valeant Pharmaceuticals) and most recently Endo International.

Arash Khazei
Chief Executive Officer

Arash brings over 25 years of experience building teams and leading companies to miraDry. Working with both private equity backed and publicly traded companies, he has built his expertise across industries. As CEO of Envy Medical, a medical device and skin care company, he built and led a strong management team through its sale to Allergan Pharmaceuticals in 2019. As a part of the founding management team of NYX Professional Makeup, he led the company’s expansion to over 50 countries and spearheaded its sale to L’Oreal in 2014. He stayed on with L’Oreal as Senior Vice President for a number of years.

Prior to these, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of United PanAm Financial Corporation, a publicly traded consumer finance company, and in his early career, worked with Walt Disney Company as well as Arthur Anderson.

Sunmi Chew
Vice President Clinical and Education

For over 20 years, Sunmi has successfully led clinical and technical teams in medical device markets, such as cardiology, neuroradiology, and aesthetics. While working side by side with physicians, she found passion in training. With a background in engineering, combined with experience in clinical settings, she develops successful education programs, most recently at miraDry. Her priority is patient safety and achieves this through the highest level of training and education for customers, domestically and internationally.
